• Booking Information: Pickup and drop-off locations, flight numbers, special passenger requirements, and journey timestamps.
• Payment Information: Encrypted transaction tokens processed securely through certified payment gateways (Adyen). We do not store raw card numbers.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser settings, and cookie data to improve website functionality.

Your data is used strictly for:

• Fulfilling chauffeur bookings and facilitating passenger-driver communication.
• Processing payments, receipts, and VAT invoices.
• Sending automated journey updates, booking confirmations, and flight tracking alerts.
• Complying with Transport for London (TfL) statutory private hire operator record-keeping obligations.

3. Data Security & Retention

All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We retain booking records strictly in accordance with TfL regulatory requirements and UK tax legislation, after which data is securely anonymized or deleted.
