This Privacy Policy explains how Rydr processes personal and vehicle data for licensed driver partners on our platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal & Account Data: Full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and identity documentation.
• Licensing & Vehicle Documents: TfL Private Hire license, DVLA driving license, MOT certificate, vehicle registration, and insurance policy.
• Verification & Location Data: Enhanced DBS check results, facial verification scans, and real-time GPS location while the Driver App is active.
• Payout & Financial Info: Bank account number, sort code, tax details, and earnings history for weekly payouts.

2. How We Use & Share Your Data

• Ride Dispatch & Passenger Info: Sharing your name, photo, vehicle model, and plate number with confirmed riders during bookings.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: 24/7 hotline support, trip monitoring, and meeting TfL and UK GDPR statutory requirements.
