Driver Background Check

To maintain high service standards, drivers on the Rydr platform are subjected to intensive background checks. This includes

• Identity Verification: The onboarding process retrospective check of every applicant’s identity to com bat fraud and increase trust.
• Criminal Background Check: We wish to ensure that no passenger’s safety is compromised due to the presence of any criminal records.
• Driving Record Review: Rydr does not allow any drivers without safe record of driving. We therefore check the records of the drivers availing themselves for our services.

Vehicle Inspection and Standards

Safety also applies to the cars in our system. The following criteria must be satisfied in an assessment of each vehicle before it can be utilized inside Rydr platform

• Regular Inspections: Periodic inspections of vehicles are compulsory to make sure they operate in perfect condition.
• Safety Features: All vehicles must be equipped with working seat belts and airbags among other safety devices to ensure safety of both driver and passengers.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Rydr needs every driver to ensure that the vehicles are clean and well-kept for the comfort and health of the riders.

In-app Safety Features

Rydr has added special security measures in the app that help safeguard all drivers and riders throughout every trip

• Real-Time Location Tracking: Every trip is in a matter of seconds recorded for real live tracking of a driver as well as a passenger with approved users.
• Emergency Assistance: If a threat occurs, the safety features of the app allow an easier reach to local police agencies when acting through the app.

Assistance and Analytics

Rydr promises to have safety issue-related support whenever there is a need. Therefore drivers have the opportunity to reach out to us through many means for assistance

• Think like a customer service representative: A support team is available for assistance twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week in case of any problem or concern regarding the features of the application or an incident occurring during a ride.
• Report an Incident: In case light incidents occur such as rude behavior from a passenger, the driver can report such incidents straight from the application. And our support team will reply to the request in no time.
• Nothing is Ever Left Unattended: And Rydr appreciates you. There is also a follow up on any incidents reported for the purpose of improving and restoring confidence and safety thoughts.

• In-App Safety Reminders: Frequent reminders support the enforcement of safe practices as asseverating seatbelts, emergency button use when appropriate, and polite conduct among people.
• Driver Community: Rydr allows drivers to help each other with information about safety and raises the level of expertise in the community which is ever-growing.
